LOCATION: Trinity Springs Pavilion, 1600 May Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76104. Meet in the lobby. After the pre-proposal conference, we will perform a site visit.
Respondents planning to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference should RSVP, in writing, no later than Friday, August 7, 2026. Send RSVPs to jmorado@jpshealth.org. Any Respondent who submits a Proposal without attending the scheduled Pre-Proposal Conference does so at their own risk. An Addendum containing responses to questions received will be published on or around Monday August 17, 2026, and will be published on the JPS website accordingly.
Pursuant to the provisions in Section 2269 of the Texas Government Code (“Chapter 2269”) and related laws, the Tarrant County Hospital District d/b/a JPS Health Network (the “District”) is seeking Proposals ("Proposals") from interested parties (“Respondents”) qualified and experienced in providing general contractor services for JPS’ Trinity Springs Pavilion, 2nd floor patient room restroom refresh, also referred to as TSP 2nd floor RR refresh (the “Project”).
The District will use the Competitive Sealed Proposal method and will choose the Respondent who offers the best value to the District based on the evaluation criteria described in section 1.2 of this RFP.
This is an inpatient Behavioral Health facility at JPS. Any respondent should have experience in working in an inpatient Behavioral Health setting.
