Community Outreach fulfills the JPS mission of “transforming healthcare delivery for the communities we serve” by strengthening and building community links internal and external to the network, improving the health and well-being of the residents in Tarrant County.
Key focus areas include:
- Developing and maintaining community collaborations and partnerships
- Participating at community events and speaking engagements
- Implementing community based programs
