Respondents planning to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference should RSVP, in writing, no later than 11-16-2026. Any Respondent who submits a Proposal without attending the scheduled Pre-Proposal Conference does so at its own risk.
Pursuant to the provisions in Chapter 2269 of the Texas Government Code (“Chapter 2269”) and related laws, the Tarrant County Hospital District d/b/a JPS Health Network (the “District”) is seeking Proposals ("Proposals") from interested parties (“Respondents”) qualified and experienced in providing general contractor services for PEC Ph.2 CFA Allen Ave. Public Water Line (the “Project”). The District will use the Competitive Sealed Proposal method and will choose the Respondent who offers the best value to the District based on the evaluation criteria described in this RFP.
Services required consist of construction services as more fully described in Section 1.2.
The selected Respondent must furnish all labor, materials and equipment required for the construction of the following improvements: Procure and install a new 8” water line alongside Allen Ave., connecting to the existing 8” water line in May Street and the 18” water main in Jennings Avenue. The scope will also include the Fire and Domestic water services. Irrigation water service is not included in the scope.
The Respondent is required to be a pre-approved contractor with the City of Fort Worth prior to bid submission.
