Research

Fellows are required to participate in research projects under the direction of faculty. Projects may be conducted through JPS, TCU, or other approved organizations, and protected research time is provided weekly. At the end of the fellowship year, research projects are presented at JPS Research Day. Assistance with projects is provided by Richard Young, MD, Research Director for Family Medicine.

 

On September 19, 2023, Tarrant County Commissioners Court will adopt the Tarrant County Hospital District’s FY 24 proposed budget and tax rate. The Commissioners Court has proposed a tax rate of $0.1945 which is below the no-new-revenue rate and will collect less taxes than the previous tax year.
