Outsourced Internal Audit Services

The Tarrant County Hospital District d/b/a JPS Health Network (the “District”) is seeking proposals for the provision of Outsourced Internal Audit Services.  The District is soliciting vendor proposals from vendors capable of supplying the District with certain Professional and Consulting Services pursuant to the Texas Government Code §2254 – namely, Outsourced Internal Audit Services (the “Service(s)”), as set forth and specified herein per Section II, BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS, attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes).

All Solicitation Responses must be delivered to the District by the date and time, and in the manner specified in Section I.B hereof to be considered a Solicitation Response by the District. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor submitting a Solicitation Response (“Respondent”) to ensure that its Solicitation Response is delivered to the proper location on time and in the manner set forth herein.

The District will reject any proposal that fails to comply in all respects with the instructions set forth herein for responding to this Solicitation.  NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE, even if you are a current or prior vendor for the District. The contract awarded, if any, under and pursuant to this Solicitation shall supersede any previous contract, bid, or GPO agreement for the products or services described herein.
