RFP #26-0101 General Contractor Services for TSP 2nd Floor Patient Restroom Refresh has been withdrawn. The District reserves the right to withdraw this RFP, at its sole discretion, from any or all prospective vendors and Respondents at any time, before or after the Response Deadline. 

All corrections, changes, additions, revisions, and/or clarifications in this Addendum to the​​​​ RFP are hereby made a part of RFP #26-0101 General Contractor Services for TSP 2nd Floor Patient Restroom Refresh.

On September 22, 2025, Tarrant County Commissioners Court will adopt the Tarrant County Hospital District’s 2025 tax rate. The Commissioners Court has proposed a tax rate of $0.1650 which is below the no-new-revenue rate and will collect less taxes than the previous tax year.
