Pursuant to the provisions in Section 2269 of the Texas Government Code (“Chapter 2269”) and related laws, the Tarrant County Hospital District d/b/a JPS Health Network (the “District”) is seeking Proposals ("Proposals") from interested parties (“Respondents”) qualified and experienced in providing general contractor services for X-Ray Room Upgrades: ED, Bardin, SEMH (the “Project”). The District will use the Competitive Sealed Proposal method and will choose the Respondent who offers the best value to the District based on the evaluation criteria described in this RFP. Services required consist of preconstruction and construction phase services as more fully described in Section 1.2 of the RFP.
