Alex has over 25 years of human resources experience. He has spent the majority of his career focused on delivering leadership and organizational development solutions to healthcare-centered organizations. In addition to healthcare, Alex has led successful HR consultant engagements supporting workforce transformation in the financial services, insurance, and manufacturing sectors. His approach to solution building integrates research, practice, and actionable data to deliver impactful and measurable results. Alex attended DePaul University where he studied political science.
