The Materials Management Department provides comprehensive services for acquisition of all inpatient and outpatient needs. Procurement is responsible for developing specifications jointly with JPS departments; assessing responses to purchase requests, request for bids, request for proposals; coordinate and communicate with vendors and users; and manage supply/service contracts.
JPS utilizes a vendor called Centurion Service Group for third party medical equipment auction/sales. Any surplus medical equipment with a value is placed with Centurion. Anyone can bid on this surplus equipment. If interested in placing a bid, log onto www.centurionservice.com
Upon award of a contract, vendors must be registered with Sec3ure Vendor Credentialing System www.sec3ure.com and be in compliance with the district's requirements for vendor credentialing.
