JPS created the EAP to support a healthier and more productive work environment by assisting team members and their families with problems that affect their lives both on and off the job. JPS recognizes that many kinds of personal problems can affect job performance, and they can often be resolved if they are properly identified and if assistance is provided in a timely manner.
