Kristin N. Sullivan, JPS Foundation Executive Director

Sullivan leads a team charged with securing gifts, goods and grants to advance excellence across the JPS Health Network and to help improve the health of patients and their families. The JPS Foundation is the philanthropic arm of JPS Health Network and is governed by a nine-member board of directors.

Sullivan has extensive experience in strategic communications and nonprofit management in a variety of roles across Tarrant County institutions.

She joined JPS in September 2018 after serving as founding executive director of Read Fort Worth, a coalition working to ensure that 100 percent of Fort Worth ISD third-graders are reading on grade level by 2025.

Sullivan previously served as associate vice president for communications at The University of Texas at Arlington and spent nearly two decades as a reporter and editor for the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Sullivan earned degrees in political science and journalism from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
