Emergency medicine is often the most intense and most rewarding part of JPS training. Residents experience and participate in all traumas, codes and resuscitations in our Level II Trauma Center. Here, they are exposed to countless pathologies and many diseases in their most advanced stages. Approximately 15 percent of our graduates practice emergency medicine full-time.
