Purpose

The purpose of the Center for Outcomes Research (COR) is to optimize healthcare, improve health outcomes, and reduce health inequalities through high-quality patient-oriented and population health research. Our multidisciplinary research teams leverage big data to generate evidence that helps patients, providers, organizations, and policymakers make healthcare decisions.

 

Objectives

  • Contribute to the development of an efficient research infrastructure that builds the institution’s capacity to fulfill its vision and mission.
  • Generate, disseminate, and implement evidence that addresses important healthcare problems.
  • Provide training for graduate students and medical residents to address the Center’s purpose.
