The JPS Volunteer Services Department facilitates community members who desire to share their time as a volunteer. By generously sharing time and wisdom, volunteers bring warmth and compassion to our patients and visitors.

Most volunteers commit to one four-hour shift per week. Flexible scheduling is available. Volunteers may choose to volunteer directly with patients or behind the scene. Regardless of your preference, there are many ways for you to make a difference!

Prospective volunteers must complete an application, pass a criminal background check, provide two personal references, complete a TB screening and attend orientation/training.
