Design & Construction
The JPS Design & Construction Department oversees design, building modification, renovation, and new construction for JPS Health Network and follows all local, state, federal, TDH, TDLR, NFPA 101 and Joint Commission requirements.
The Design & Construction Department has project management responsibility over Architects, Engineers, and General Contractors that contract with JPS Health Network. In addition, the department has an in-house construction crew that will renovate, modify and/or construct small projects when necessary.
The department is comprised of the Director, Construction Program Coordinator, Design Program Coordinator, Construction Project Manager, Office Manager, Project Superintendent, CAD Technician, two drywall installers, a master carpenter, and a master electrician.
