Speak to an Enrollment and Eligibility Case Specialist
After your application is filled out and you have provided all of the supporting documents, an enrollment and eligibility specialist will contact you once an eligibility determination has been made or if additional information is required. He or she will ensure that JPS has all of the necessary information to process your membership.
If you submitted your application online or via postal mail or fax, please allow time to process your application. Processing times may vary based on the volume of applications received within the month of receipt. Current processing time is approximately 3-4 weeks after all documents are received. You are not a member of the assistance program until your application has been approved by a JPS enrollment and eligibility specialist. Your enrollment and eligibility specialist will help you through the application process and make sure you are enrolled in a timely manner.
